Between Thorns: September wine of the month

The Between Thorns range of wines is inspired by the rose bushes that grow alongside the grapevines in the vineyards. The rose bushes act as an early warning system for any health problems with the vines thus ensuring that the grapes continue to thrive and develop. 

Grown in South Eastern Australia the range includes the following wines:

Sauvignon Blanc - This aromatic Sauvignon Blanc displays aromas of tropical and citrus fruit, complemented by delicate herbaceous characteristics and a clean refreshing finish.

Chardonnay - A crisp, fruity chardonnay with tropical aromas, followed by flavours of juicy nectarines and peaches and a hint of vanilla.

Cabernet Sauvignon - A medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon, showing blackcurrant and fruits of the forest backed by notes of chocolate and vanilla on the finish.

Shiraz - A fruit-driven Shiraz with aromas of cherry and raspberry, complemented by hints of spice and vanilla.
