25ml 6 O'clock London Dry Gin

150ml soda

Shake all the ingredients with lots of ice and strain into martini glasses

50ml cranberry juice

10ml Bramley & Gage Dry Vermouth

Stir with ice and pour into martini glass, garnish with orange or grapefruit
