Hardys The Riddle Rose, a deep-coloured rose which is a straight Shiraz. The juice is allowed only a brief maceration on the skins to extract sufficient colour, before draining off and fermenting in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and fruit. Vinified slightly off-dry to enhance the fresh summer-fruits, aromas and palate.
