A blend of 55% Pinot Noir, 37% Chardonnay and 8% Pinot Meunier which undergoes full malolactic fermentation and a minimum of three years ageing on the yeast lees in the bottle. A subtle array of flavours from lemon sherbet and strawberry to brioche and fresh bread characters, the palate has delicacy and depth which leads to a rich finish with fantastic length.
