Grapes were handpicked early in the morning while temperatures were still cold to preserve delicate fruit flavours. The nose showcase some pink candy sweets  followed by expressive granadilla, elderberry and gooseberry characteristics. The flavours follow  through on the palate with a fresh crisp acidity that gives the wine a lingering freshness.
