Blackstone Chardonnay, 75cl

This Chardonnay is clean and crisp with aromas of yellow apple, cinnamon, and caramel with oak and floral notes. On the palate, flavours of apple, peach, and warm oak meld in a full, silky mouthfeel. 20% of the wine is barrel-fermented and the entire blend is aged for seven months in a mixture of French and American oak barrels, which gives the wine a toasty finish.
