Berri Estates Merlot - grapes, sourced exclusively from Riverland and Sunraysia, were harvested at night to ensure retention of the maximum freshness and fruit flavours. Fermented in stainless steel, a portion of the blend has contact with oak to give an added dimension of spiciness to the plummy fruit and soft tannins, so typical of Merlot.
