Catalunya, Spain Rondel Brut, Cava is predominantly Parellada together with Macabeo and Xarel.lo. Bottle aged for a minimum of nine months before release. Blended to show plenty of fruit on the palate making it an excellent banqueting sparkler; new packaging this year.
