Made from Garganega grapes grown in the hills of Soave and Monteforte. This light wine is cool-fermented and unoaked to preserve the grape's delicate floral aromas. The refreshing palate shows good weight of fruit flavours with blossom and citrus on the finish. Food Match Mouth-watering and perfect with simply prepared seafood, chicken and salads.
