To obtain the 'Superiore' status this wine goes through a mandatory ageing process of at least one year, of which 9 months are in oak. This brings more complexity to the wine, enriching the bouquet of mulberry, blueberry and cherry, it also features delicate floral notes of violet and hints of almond. The palate is well structured and intense with berries corresponding with the nose.
