Flint Vineyard Silex Blanc, 75cl
Norfolk, England Silex (French for Flint) is a blend of Pinot dominant varieties. Fermented and aged in neutral Bugundian oak barrels, this is a rich, complex wine with delicate floral notes and hints of toast and spice. It is drinking well now but can also be cellared for up to 5 years.
